New Squirrel Mascot Illustrations

I have been working on a set of squirrel mascots in a 2D hand painted style for this website over the last few weeks.

I used vector drawing, normal map creation and hand painting techniques to make them.

Some of the work in progress development for these has been posted on my twitter account but I intend to write a longer article about the process for them as well since it uses techniques I’ve talked about on the blog. Update: I did write about some of the process here.
